SOME TIPS TO MAKE YOUR EVENT A SUCCESS!

Please have all debris and Pet “landmines” picked up prior to our guys arriving. This ensures a fast set up so you can get back to your planning with little interruption.

If you are ordering larger waterslide rentals or bounce house rentals, please have the locations ready to show the drivers where your electric is. Some larger waterslides require 2 or more blowers and all need to be on a separate breaker. Again, we will have the extension cords with us!

ESPECIALLY in SUMMER and IF RENTING A WATERSLIDE……2 days prior to your event, treat your yard with red ant killer if you don’t already have a service. Ants LOVE the slides and even though they will not be sporting bathing suits, they would LOVE to join and ruin your party! Take it from us…they are NOT welcome!

PLEASE DO NOT cut your grass within 2 days prior to delivery UNLESS you use a bagger for the fresh cut grass. I know this sounds crazy but wet feet and cut grass are a perfect combination for one messy pool! Even though we tarp the entry way to the waterslide, it somehow finds a way to stick all over your feet!

Frequently Asked Questions


Q   Do we have to set up the bounce houses or water slides?

A   No. We do all that for you! Our trained professional delivery personnel will set up and take down all water slides, bounce houses, and party supplies.

Q   Do we need to supply hoses and extension cords?

A   No. We will come will all supplies needed for bounce houses and water slides. Of course, if you have a hose attached and available that we can use, we will do that but if not, no worries!


Q   When do you deliver and pick up?

A   The standard time frame for our party supply rentals is 6 hours however we do our very best to accommodate your party start and end time. We usually have all our water slides and bounce houses delivered between 7am and 11am and start pick-ups at 5pm. We will ask you for your party start and end time when you call us.


Q   Can we have the party supplies overnight?

A   It is not our policy to leave any bounce houses, water slides, or party supplies overnight for various reasons however, we have made exceptions for an additional fee if necessary.


Q How do we pay?

A  You can prepay by Credit or Debit if you like or our delivery personnel can run your Credit/Debit card upon arrival but to save the 3% credit card fee, you can always pay by Cash. The drivers do not carry change on them. We can give you a total at time of the order so you are prepared.


Q  Do we tip the delivery people?

A You are most certainly not required to do so but if they do a good job for you and you would like to, I’m quite sure they will be very happy! PLEASE DO NOT offer my drivers alcoholic beverages at any time. Our goal is a safe party day for all!


Q  What if it looks like rain?

A  We monitor the weather the week of your event. If we feel like winds are too high or a monsoon is coming, we will call you to make arrangements. However, living in Florida our whole lives, we have come to find out that MANY times what you hear on the news isn’t always true! Shocked? The benefit of having a brother who is a pilot and has to check the real weather constantly is a great help!
